Check-in is from 17:00 until 22:00 and check-out is before 11:00.
Our reception is open in the morning from 10:00 until 12:00 and in the afternoon from 17:00 until 22:00. In case you arrive early you can drop off your luggage in the hostel.
If you want to arrive much later than 22:00, please inform us in advance and we will arrange the check-in with you.
Yes. We recomended you complete your check-in process online. In the email you receive prior to your arrival, you will find a link to complete this process. There, you’ll be able to give us all the details necessary for your stay with us. You can also start do check-in here:
FROM AIRPORT
By BUS: From Gran Canaria Airport take the Bus number 60 (Global BUS) to San Telmo station. There, transfer to the city public transport (yellow color bus), to bus number 8 (84 in the weekend), and ride until Ana Benitez Street (bus stop is next to number 7) and continue by walk about 100 m. to direction Pino Apolinario street. The hostel is on the left site, in front of the church.
By Car: From Gran Canaria Airport take Highway GC-1 (direction Las Palmas), after 12 km take the highway GC-3 (direction Siete Palmas/Galdar) and countinue 10 km to GC-23 (direction Puerto). Then take exit 3A (direction Escaleritas/La Paterna) and go to up to direction Casablanca III and next Lomo Apolinario. Approx. time: 25 minutes.
By Taxi: about 35-40 euro

FROM OLD CITY CENTER
From old city center (Triana and Vegueta) you can catch up yellow bus number 8 (in the weekend 84) at Teatro or San Telmo to direction Lomo la cruz. Get off at Ana Benitez Street bus stop (next to number 7) and continue by walk about 100 m. to direction Pino Apolinario street. The hostel is on the left site, in front of the church.

FROM HARBOUR
You can catch up yellow bus number 81 from station Santa Catalina or bus stop Santa Catalina Park. Get off at Ana Benitez Street bus stop (next to number 7) and continue by walk about 100 m. to direction Pino Apolinario street. The hostel is on the left site, in front of the church.
There is many parking space around the hostel. You can park for free on the street in front of the hostel or at the free public car park 200 meters from the hostel (next to the pharmacy).
The single beds and bunks in our dorm rooms are all standard single-size. In double rooms we have a one king- or queen-sized bed. You can find out more about the rooms and other amenities by viewing their descriptions on the „Rooms” page
Yes, we have laundry facilities, for a small fee.
Of course! You can enjoy free WiFi in our hostel and on the terrace.
No. We are a strictly non-smoking in the hostel but our terrace is available to guests who wish to smoke.

Every dorm room have included lockers under your bed.
Friends and family who live in the city or are staying at other accommodations are welcome in our terrace and bar. For security reasons they are not allowed to enter the room.

This includes everything from hand washing hygiene and cleaning specifications for guest rooms, public areas and every surface (light switches, door handles, handrails that are more disinfected) as well as safe food practices.
Yes, in our public areas we ask you to keep a safe distance and wear a protective mask that covers the mouth and nose.
Yes, protection mask is obligatory in all common areas of the hostel and also when you leave the hostel. You must wear the mask all the time in outdoor areas and in public use areas. It is also mandatory to use a mask on public, air, sea and rail transport, as well as in a private vehicle, if occupants are not of the same household.
